{"id":1677,"date":"2025-12-19T14:15:25","date_gmt":"2025-12-19T13:15:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.professur-wirtschaftspaedagogik.rw.fau.de\/?page_id=1677"},"modified":"2025-12-19T14:16:32","modified_gmt":"2025-12-19T13:16:32","slug":"forschungsprofil","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.professur-wirtschaftspaedagogik.rw.fau.de\/en\/forschung\/forschungsprofil\/","title":{"rendered":"Research Profile"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"315\" data-end=\"667\">The Chair of Business Education conducts practice-oriented and design-based research projects addressing challenges related to organizational development, competence development, and human resource development in companies, continuing education institutions, and vocational schools.<br data-start=\"597\" data-end=\"600\" \/>The following research areas are currently at the core of its work:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"669\" data-end=\"683\"><div class=\"rrze-elements accordion style_default\" id=\"accordion-0\">\n<p data-start=\"685\" data-end=\"775\">\n<div class=\"accordion-group\">\n<h2 class=\"accordion-heading\"><button class=\"accordion-toggle\" data-toggle=\"collapse\"  href=\"#collapse_0\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapse_0\" id=\"collapse_button_0\"> International Comparative Research in Vocational Education and Training <\/button><\/h2>\n<div id=\"collapse_0\" class=\"accordion-body\" aria-labelledby=\"collapse_button_0\">\n<div class=\"accordion-inner clearfix\">\n<p data-start=\"777\" data-end=\"1195\">Within this research area, cross-national perspectives on challenges and approaches in vocational education and training are explored. At the same time, studies examine the transferability of vocational education research findings to other national contexts.
